Fully-cured type felt is a combination of textile fibres, bonded by cured duro plastic phenolic resin or non phenolic resin, optional with flame retardant or expansible flame retardant agent to give a firm felt with rigidity and fire retardancy depending on the customers specified composition. Different to Semi-cured by heat and duration.

Unlike semi-cured products, the resin within these felts have been fully activated creating a fully bonded felt ready for die-cutting or placing in its desired location. Fully-cured felts will be grey when epoxy resin is used or green when phenolic resin is used. Yellow can also be achieved when using Phenolic resin combined with white cotton.
