Thermoplastic Felt with Epoxy Polyester Resin
Thermoplastic with Epoxy polyester resin type of felt is a combination of textile fibres, bonded by Low melt polyester bi-component fibres and epoxy polyester resin to give a firm felt with rigidity depending on the customer specified composition, ideal for hot or cold moulding.

Since Epoxy resin and Low melt polyester bi-component fibres do not contain the high heat resistance for structure like a phenolic resin felt would, the combination of both Low melt polyester bi-component fibres and Epoxy resin aid to compliment each other to give additional strength once moulded with a higher heat resistance than if used on their own.
