Thermoplastic Felt

Thermoplastic type felt is a combination of textile fibres, bonded by thermoplastic fibres to give a firm felt with rigidity depending on the customer specified composition.

Thermoplastic felts are typically bound together using a Low melt Bi-component polyester fibre and or polypropylene which are then blended with fibres taken from the vast range of fibres available.  Thermoplastic felts can be moulded into desired shapes by heating and shaping or can be used without moulding.
